Assume that a virtual company is created to share customers information among a subset of companies in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. Then, you have the Accounts receivable manager role and are assigned organizations that are part of the virtual company. In this situation, when you try to edit a customer record in the virtual company, you receive the following error message:
Access denied to field Bank account number (AccountNum) in table Customer bank accounts (CustBankAccount).
