To file a claim:
Step 1: Go to Microsoft Device Support and sign in with your Microsoft Account to view your registered devices. If your Band 2 isn’t shown follow the steps here. To register your device, you need a free Microsoft account. If you don’t already have one, create a Microsoft account now.
Step 2: Once you are logged in and your Band is registered locate your Band under My devices. Click on the dropdown arrow next to Manage and choose Repair my device.
Step 3: Follow the steps in the Device Support page to identify your issue and create a service order.
NOTE: Your Product may be required to be returned to a Retailer for covered servicing under this Contract. Please do not take or return Your Product to the Retailer or ship Your Product anywhere, unless We instruct You to do so.
