증상

Windows 10 버전 1803을 실행하는 컴퓨터에서는 로밍 사용자 프로필을 사용할 때 로그온 또는 로그오프 지연이 발생합니다. 다음과 같은 오류 메시지도 수신됩니다.

로밍 프로필이 완전히 동기화되지 않았습니다. 자세한 내용은 이벤트 로그를 참조하거나 관리자에게 문의하세요."

또한 시스템은 이벤트 로그에 다음 항목을 기록할 수 있습니다.

• 이벤트 1509(원본: 사용자 프로필 일반)

  Windows cannot copy file \\?\C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\<Path to a file> to location \\?\UNC Path\%username%.V6\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\<path to a file>. This error may be caused by network problems or insufficient security rights.  
  DETAIL - Access is denied.

This error may be caused by network problems or insufficient security rights.  
  DETAIL - The file cannot be accessed by the system.

원인

이 문제는 Windows 10 버전 1803에서 변경되었기 때문에 발생합니다. 이 변경으로 인해 로그온하거나 로그오프할 때 일반적으로 로밍에서 제외되는 폴더가 로밍 사용자 프로필에 의해 동기화됩니다.

해결 방법

이 문제를 해결하려면 Windows 10 버전 1709 기반 컴퓨터에서 문제가 발생한 버전 1803 기반 컴퓨터로 ExcludeProfileDirs 레지스트리 키를 복사할 수 있습니다. 레지스트리 키의 전체 경로:
