This issue occurs in Internet Explorer 11, Internet Explorer 10, and Internet Explorer 9 if the site content interacts with the textContent property of one or more DOM elements.

When you use the F12 Developer Tools in Internet Explorer, you can find the textContent DOM operation consumes the most exclusive time.
