After viewing a fax using the Quick View program, when you try to print to a HP 4000 laser printer, a single page may print containing the following error message:
If the Windows Printing Troubleshooter is unsuccessful in fixing this problem, add a printer and install a HP LaserJet 4 printer driver on the same port as your HP 4000 printer. When printing faxes, use the HP LaserJet 4 printer driver instead of the HP 4000. Other older laser jet printer drivers may also work.
