Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You install an application on a Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, or Windows Server 2012 R2-based computer.

You pin the application to taskbar.
-
You update the application.
In the scenario, when you right-click the application on the taskbar, the icon becomes blank in the Jump List.
Resolution
