This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the India (in) region.
Symptoms
Assume that you have the Misc. charge setting specified in the Formula designer dialog box in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the India localization layer installed. You specify the miscellaneous charges in a sales order line. In this situation, the system calculated the sales tax incorrectly.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
