  • 972948 After you apply the update that is described in KB 969819, Communications Server 2007 R2 Group Chat Server starts and then stops immediately
  • 973340 You receive an error message when you add new entries to the role list of a chat room or a category in the Communications Server 2007 R2, Group Chat Administration Tool
  • 972985 You cannot scroll to move channels to different categories in Communications Server 2007 R2, Group Chat Administration Tool

Note When you apply this cumulative update on a computer that is running Windows 2008 and has the User Account Control (UAC) enabled, start the installation of the MGCAdmin.msp package by using the command prompt. To do this, follow these steps:  
  1. Click Startthe Start button, click
    All Programs, and then click
    Accessories.
  2. Right-click Command Prompt, and then click
    Run as administrator.

    User Account Controlpermission If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or provide confirmation.
  3. Start the MGCAdmin.msp package from the command prompt.
