The training will focus on the planning and design of Skype for Business Online services, such as Phone System, Audio Conferencing, Calling Plan, etc. We’ll also walk you through the new features of Skype for Business Online, which includes how to design Cloud Connector V 2.0 to achieve hybrid voice and intelligent communications as well as what benefits auto attendants and call queues offer for customers with multifaceted online call-center experience. During the event, you will also have the opportunity to interact with Microsoft Partner Technical Consultants to ask questions and prepare for new opportunities to deploy these capabilities.
Through this session partners will learn how Phone System can enable basic tasks, such as making and receiving calls, transferring calls, etc. You’ll understand what Calling Plan can do to complete domestic/international calls in accordance with communication credit defined. Finally, we’ll ensure you know what kind of features can be supported when using online Audio Conferencing and Broadcasting Service.
During this session you’ll learn what Cloud Connector V2.0 is and why customers select CCE as hybrid voice solution over Skype for Business on-premise or 3rd party. You’ll understand the prerequisites needed to prepare in advance for deploying CCE V2.0. Lastly, this session will cover CCE 2.0 new features, such as media bypass for internal call, how media flow works with/without enabling bypass so you better understand what happens behind the scenes when it comes to CCE voice routing.
This session will cover new voice services from Phone System, which are auto attendants and call queues. You’ll learn how to create a menu system for organizations that lets external calls and internal calls move through the menu defined to locate or place calls to company users or departments. Additionally we’ll introduce functionalities of call queues and ensure you understand how to define call center in the organization to catering business requirements.
