Amount is not credited to credit card when a return is being created using the "Generate RMA" option on the customer services form. This prevents the ability to return sales orders through the RMA process through the customer service form.
OriginalSalesId is missing in MCRReturnSalesTable, so the original credit card cannot fetch from original sales table. Add the code like in ax2012.
