Use Microsoft Band to keep track of your weight. See how much your weight has changed each month, view your current body mass index, and set goals.


Log your current weight

Step 1: On your phone, tap the Microsoft Band app.
Step 2: On the Home screen, tap Weight tracking

Step 3: Tap Log today's weight.

Step 4: Swipe up or down to enter your weight, and tap OK

View your weight history

You can track your weight history in the Microsoft Band app on your phone and in your Microsoft Health web dashboard. You can see how much your weight has changed in the last month, the last three months, or overall.

On your phone

Step 1: On your phone, tap the Microsoft Band app.
Step 2: On the Home screen, tap Weight tracking

Step 3: Tap 1 mo, 3 mo, or all to see how much your weight has changed in the past month, three months, or overall.

In addition to the info you can see in the phone app, your Microsoft Health web dashboard provides advanced fitness tracking and information you can use to achieve your wellness goals.

View your body mass index

In addition to your weight history, the Band app and web dashboard show your current body mass index (BMI). BMI is a numerical value of your weight in relation to your height. This number does not factor in muscle or bone mass and may not apply well to individuals who do not have an average build, such as athletes or people at extremes of height.

Step 1: On your phone, tap the Microsoft Band app.
Step 2: On the Home screen, tap Weight tracking
