FIX: Audit calls trigger asserts when you create or drop external tables in SQL Server 2016

In SQL Server 2016, you apply a changeset to remove audit calls (such as for permission checks) that trigger asserts when you create or drop external tables. However, when you create or drop external tables, additional asserts may occur during new audit calls.

The update that fixes this issue is included in Cumulative Update 1 for SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 1.
