Warerhouse mobile device screen not formatted correctly when an error is received using warehouse app.

Symptoms

When using the mobile app for warehousing, if you enter something incorrectly and an error message is showed, the error message is duplicated, and all formatting is lost. The XML from Operations loses all decorators and priority rules.

Resolution

This fix solves the issue. The change ensures that the XML translator is not losing the decorator rules and priorities, when encountering an error message.
