Changes in VAT Declaration
VAT declaration must be changed starting with the 2017 tax period. The first declaration in a new format must be submitted for the Q1 2017, by 20th of April 2017. Most companies have to submit declaration and its appendices in electronic (XML) format.
Overview
Most of the existing VAT declarations were already supported by the statuatory report functionality. This update provides the ability to generate the updated sections (see the list below) of the VAT declaration in an XML format, directly from the VAT Purchase Ledger and VAT Sales Ledger windows.

Installation
Before this update can be installed, the following prerequisites are required:

Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 Russia
This update is available through Microsoft Dynamics NAV Cumulative Update 42.
Note If a customer has customizations or any existing Regulatory Feature related changes in any objects involved in this Regulatory Feature, they might require special attention.
Licensing
License changes are needed for this feature. According to the MBS procedures and guidelines a request to refresh the licenses should be made in CLT.

Setup
The new functionality is updates existing functionality in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and is intended to work without additional settings.
To export the updated appendixes in XML format, choose the Export Ledger XML Format and Export Add. Sheet XML Format actions in the following windows:
