You enroll devices in Intune, but see a notification in the the Company Portal:
Update enrollment for full access to company resourcesWhen you click on the notification, you see the message:
We can't update enrollment now. Try again later
To resolve this issue, upgrade to the latest version of the Company Portal. For more information on updating the Company Portal.
Windows 10 users:
Apple iOS users:
- Open App Store
- Select updates (lower left)
- Find Company Portal in list of Pending updates
- Press Update
- Enter Apple Intune store password if prompted or confirmwith Fingerprint if configured
- Open Play Store
- Press the "hamburger" menu
- Select "My Apps & Games."
- In the list of updates, look for "Intune Company Portal" by Microsoft Corporation.
- Select the "Update" option to download and install the current version of the Intune Company Portal from the Play Store.
