Claim Pre-approval: The Microsoft Commercial Coop Pre Approval (COMMPRE) team at email@example.com can help you resolve any inquiries you have before the submission of a claim, to avoid any rejections when submitting a claim in CHIP.
Claim Approval/Rejection: The Microsoft Commercial Coop POE (COMMPOE) team at firstname.lastname@example.org reviews all claims submitted in CHIP and approves/rejects them based on the compliance criteria. If COMMPOE needs further information, they will change the status of the claim to Approved, Rejected, Action Required, or Pending Proof of Execution (POE). Any status change of the claim is notified via email to the CHIP partner administrator in your organization. If COMMPOE rejects a claim and you have follow up questions, please contact COMMPOE they will help you to resolve your inquiries.
