Install any uninstalled updates to Windows. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Check for Updates.
If Store still doesn’t launch, try these steps.
Reset the Store cache:
Press Windows + R keys to open the run command box.
Type WSReset, then try launching Store and sign in.
Still can't open it? Send us feedback. In the search bar, type "Feedback Hub" and open the feedback app. Type in the problem and add it as "Add new Feedback" or upvote the existing options that pop up that are similar to your problem.
