The connection to Microsoft Skype for Business Online fails when you log in as an administrator in Office 365 operated by 21Vianet or Office 365 Germany. This problem occurs if you use the Windows PowerShell version 7.0.1045.0 that you download from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=39366.
Additionally, you receive the following error message:
