This article describes a reliability update to fix the lock screen issue in Windows 8.1, Windows RT 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2. The update has prerequisites.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, we have released an update for Window 8.1, Windows RT 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2.
