What to do when you can't log in to Viva Engage on your Android device

If you have a Viva Engage account but can't log in, you'll need to update Android WebView.

Contact your IT administrator, or Viva Engage support. On your device, check to see if you have: 

  • An external certificate that is not yet valid
  • An external certificate that has expired
  • An external certificate that doesn't have a private key
