When you run the Hybrid Configuration Wizard, you receive the following error message:
HCW8088 = Tenant user ID not found on service
This can occur if the Office 365 tenant name or user name was incorrectly entered, and if the wizard cannot locate the name in Exchange Online.
When you enter your Office 365 tenant administrator credentials, use an administrator account such as the initial administrator account whose logon principal name (UPN) uses the contoso.onmicrosoft.com domain.
Additionally, make sure that you can use your credentials to successfully sign in to Office 365 (https://portal.office.com) before you run the wizard again.
