Symptoms
When you create a new number sequence that contains empty number sequence code and segment in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, you receive the following error message:
NumberSeqScope object not initialized.
Additionally, the client crashes.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
