INLEIDING
In dit artikel wordt beschreven dat er een landspecifieke update beschikbaar is waarmee u verwijzingen naar oorspronkelijke factuurnummers en datums in tegoednota's in Litouwen kunt afdrukken in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 en in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1.

De nieuwe btw-wet vereist dat organisaties verwijzingen naar nummers en datums van oorspronkelijke facturen in creditnota's afdrukken en een reden voor correctie afdrukken op corrigerende facturen in Litouwen vanaf 2013.
Nadat u deze update hebt geïnstalleerd, worden verwijzingen naar oorspronkelijke factuurnummers en -datums afgedrukt in creditnota's die zijn gemaakt op basis van verkooporders en facturen met vrije tekst (met behulp van de functie Tegoednota maken) en in de module Project.
Hotfix-informatie
Er is een ondersteunde hotfix beschikbaar van Microsoft. Deze hotfix is echter alleen bedoeld om het probleem op te lossen dat in dit artikel wordt beschreven. Pas deze hotfix alleen toe op systemen die dit specifieke probleem ondervinden. Deze hotfix kan aanvullende tests ontvangen. Daarom raden we je aan te wachten op de volgende software-update die deze hotfix bevat als je niet ernstig last hebt van dit probleem.

Vereisten

Nadat u deze hotfix hebt toegepast, moet u de AOS-service (Application Object Server) opnieuw starten.

De datums en tijden voor deze bestanden worden weergegeven in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Wanneer u de bestandsinformatie bekijkt, wordt deze geconverteerd naar de lokale tijd. Validatie van de installatie van de hotfix van de toepassing Om de installatie van de toepassings hotfix te valideren, opent u de klasse SysHotfixManifest in de AOT (Application Object Tree). Controleer vervolgens of er een methode is waarvan de naam het kb-artikelnummer (Knowledge Base) van de geïnstalleerde hotfix bevat. Daarnaast kunt u de betrokken objecten kruislings controleren door het KBXXXXXX -.txt-bestand te vergelijken met de objecten in de AOT. Door dit te doen, kunt u ervoor zorgen dat de objecten correct worden gewijzigd in de SYP-laag of in de GLP-laag.
Opmerking De tijdelijke aanduiding XXXXXX vertegenwoordigt het KB-artikelnummer van de geïnstalleerde hotfix.
Status
Microsoft heeft bevestigd dat dit een probleem is bij de Microsoft-producten die worden vermeld in het gedeelte 'Van toepassing op'.
