How to print labels in Microsoft Word 2008 for Mac

This article describes how to print a single label or a sheet of labels in Microsoft Word 2008 for Mac.

To print a single label or a sheet of labels, follow these steps:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Labels.
  2. In the Address box, type or edit the mailing address.
  3. Under Label, click Options, select the settings for the kind of label that you are using, and then click OK.
  4. In the Labels dialog box, select one of the following options under Number of Labels:
    • Full page of the same label
    • Single label
  5. If you selected Single label in step 4, select the numbers in the Row and Label boxes that correspond to the label on your label sheet that you want to print.
  6. Insert a label or a label sheet into your printer.

  7. In the Labels dialog box, click Print.
  8. In the Print dialog box, click Print.
