To enable RemoteAccessEnabled, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run and then type: Regedit, and then click OK.
2. Locate and then click the following subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\COM3
3. Locate the key: RemoteAccessEnabled
4. Right-click RemoteAccessEnabled, and then click Modify.
5. In the Edit DWORD Value dialog box, type 1 , and then click OK.
6. On the File menu, click Exit.
