You receive "The network is not connected" error message when you start the Vodafone CasaTV software from the Xbox 360 dashboard


When you try to start the Vodafone CasaTV software under the App, My Apps channel in the Xbox 360 Dashboard to watch television content, you receive the following error message:
The network is not connected.


This problem may occur because your Xbox 360 console is currently not connected to a network that can access the Internet.


To resolve this problem, connect your Xbox 360 console to the Vodafone network.
