Symptoms
When you create an e-mail message by using Microsoft Outlook Express and then send the message, Outlook Express may stop responding (hang).
Cause
This problem may occur if the message contains a long line (longer than the wrap length setting), and if the first character is a double-byte character set (DBCS) character.
