FIX: "InvalidOperationException, Load Factor Too High" When You Use a Hashtable Collection

If you insert items into a Hashtable collection, you may receive the following error message:
InvalidOperationException, Hashtable insert failed. Load factor too high
This problem may appear to occur semi-randomly.
Because the circumstances that cause this problem are complex, it is difficult to predict when this problem might occur. However, if you insert the same set of data in the same order again, the problem will occur again.
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 service pack that contains this hotfix.
