FIX: You may intermittently receive "SQLSTATE: 23502, SQLCODE: -407" error messages when you use the Managed Provider for DB2 to perform parameterized queries in Host Integration Server 2004

In Microsoft Host Integration Server 2004, when you use the Managed Provider for DB2 to perform parameterized queries against an IBM DB2 database, you may intermittently receive error messages that are similar to the following:
Source: Microsoft.HostIntegration.MsDb2Client

Null values are not allowed in column or variable . SQLSTATE: 23502, SQLCODE: -407 at Microsoft.HostIntegration.MsDb2Client.DRDAAR.ExecDirect(IntPtr requesterHandle, IntPtr statementHandle, String statement) at Microsoft.HostIntegration.MsDb2Client.MsDb2Command.ExecuteNonQuery()

This problem occurs because the Managed Provider for DB2 does not always correctly marshal parameters.
