Error: OneNote cannot move the NoteBook to the specified location - OneNote 2010

When you try to share a OneNote Notebook, you may see this error: OneNote cannot move the Notebook to the specified location.

There are two reasons why this may occur:

Change your Internet Explorer proxy settings

Proxy settings are something you usually have if you are connecting to the Internet through a corporate network. By default, Internet Explorer automatically detects proxy settings. However, you might need to manually enter the settings with information supplied by your Network Administrator. Once you gather your proxy information, then you can change your proxy settings in Internet Explorer.
