Summary

This article describes the Microsoft Access 2010 issue that is fixed in the hotfix package that is dated August 30.

INTRODUCTION

Issue that this hotfix package fixes

Consider the following scenario:

  • You have a right-to-left continuous data entry form in Microsoft Access 2010.

  • The Navigation Buttons form property is set to No.

  • The form is loaded as a subform inside another form.

  • You tab or click in the subform fields.

In this scenario, the text box controls expand into the next field, and vertical bars appear in the text box controls. This behavior makes data entry difficult for the user.
