Symptoms

Assume that you create a timesheet favorite in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. Two timesheet favorite lines have the same worker, the same project, the same category but the different activity. When you try to save the timesheet favorite, you receive the following error message:

Favorite already exists.

Prerequisites

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
