Troubleshoot problems with completed assessments

This article discusses problems that you might have with assessments you have already completed in the Partner Learning Center, as shown in the table below.

Important: Make sure that you have completed the assessment while signed in with the Microsoft account (formerly known as a Windows Live ID) that is associated with your MPN membership. Assessments that you complete are automatically associated to your MPN membership.

Assessments completed in Partner Learning Center (PLC) are not credited toward the requirements for a competency or Action Pack in the Partner Membership Center
It can take up to two business days for completed assessments to appear in the Partner Membership Center.
If it has been longer than two days since you completed the assessment and it is not credited, follow the steps below to download a copy of your “Certificate of Completion.”

1.  Begin at the Partner Learning Center.
2.  If you are prompted to sign in, use your Microsoft account (formerly known as Windows Live ID). This must be the same Microsoft account that was used to complete the activity.
3. By using the drop-down menu on the upper-left side of the page, select Learn > Learning Activity Reports > Training Transcript.
4.  A list will be displayed that contains all the Activities that you initiated. From this list, locate the Activity. Select the diploma icon that appears to the left of the Activity name.
5.  A pop-up window will appear that contains the “Certificate of Completion."

6.  Select the button to export to a PDF

7.  Another pop-up window will appear. Select the File link in the window then select the OK button to close the window.
8. The PDF will open in a separate browser tab
9.  Save the PDF file and send it to your Regional Service Center.
10. The Regional Service Center agent will then use this information to update the status of your Action Pack or competency requirements.
You receive a message that states that your account is currently not active and must be reactivated.
Contact your Regional Service Center to have your account reactivated.
Be ready to provide the following information:
  • Your first and last name
  • The email address associated to your Microsoft account (formerly Windows Live ID)
  • Your Microsoft account Unique ID. (The Unique ID is located on your Microsoft account Personal Information page.)
An assessment that was completed is not displayed or has an "in-progress" status in the Partner Learning Center. 
1. Begin at the Partner Learning Center, located at the following URL: https://partner.microsoft.com/40056112
2.  If you are prompted to sign in, use your Microsoft account (formerly Windows Live ID). This must be the same Microsoft account that you used to complete the activity.

3.  By using the drop-down menu on the upper-left side of the page, select Learn > Learning Activity Reports > Training Transcript.

4.  A list will be displayed that contains all Activities that you initiated. From this list, locate the Activity. Select the diploma icon that appears to the left of the Activity name.

5.  A pop-up window will appear that contains the “Certificate of Completion.”

6.  Select the Export to PDF button.

7.   Another pop-up window will appear. Select the File link in the window then select the OK button to close the window.

8. The PDF will open in a separate browser tab

9.   Save the PDF file provide it to your Regional Service Center.

10. Your Regional Service Center will then use this information to update the activity roster.
