Possible Outlook stability issues with Able2Extract add-in


When using Microsoft Outlook 2010 and specific versions of the Able2Extract add-in, some unexpected behavior may occur. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
  • Outlook crashes or displays the message Microsoft Outlook has stopped working when you try to read certain email messages
  • Outlook crashes when you try to open a folder

Note The use of Outlook with Able2Extract software does not necessarily mean you will see these symptoms, even if you have the version listed in the "Cause" section. These symptoms can also occur under other conditions. This article only lists one possible cause.


The behavior listed in the "Symptoms" section may occur with the following version of Able2Extract.
