Blank page after you sign in to Exchange Server 2013 EAC (formerly ECP)


When you try to sign in to Exchange Server 2013 Admin Center (EAC, formerly ECP), for example by using the internal URL https://<Client Access Server>/ecp, you receive a blank page.


This issue can occur if the HTTPS (port 444) binding in the Exchange Back End website on the Client Access Server does not have a certificate assigned and is set to Not selected.


To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
2961810 Cumulative Update 6 for Exchange Server 2013


To work around this issue, follow these steps:
  1. On the Client Access Server that hosts this ECP virtual directory, open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.  
  2. Click Exchange Back End, and then click Bindings on the Actions panel.
  3. Click https, and then click Edit.
  4. In the SSL certificate section, select Microsoft Exchange.


Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
