You are attempting to submit a claim following a notification that the claim requires proof. The status of the relevant section is Removed, therefore fields cannot be updated. However, when you click submit, you receive an error message which tells you that you must complete the required fields.
You are unable to proceed as the section cannot be changed due to the Removed status, but the fields are required for submission of the claim.
Please see the below root cause and workaround to successfully resubmit your claim.
- You have been notified that your claim requires more proof.
- You save the section before filling any of the required fields.
- You remove that section and add a new section.
- Clicking submit will throw the above validation error.
Please submit a new claim with the information/proof file attached, ensuring all fields are complete before saving.
