You can block inappropriate apps, games, and media on Xbox One and Windows 10 devices by setting an age-based content rating level. To do this, go to https://account.microsoft.com/family and sign in to your Microsoft account. Then:
Find your child's name and select Apps, games & media.
Switch Block inappropriate apps and games from Off to On.
Go to Limit apps, games and media from the Store, and select the age level that's appropriate for your child.
If your child downloaded something before you set these limits, you can block it where it appears on the Recent activity page. They’ll need your permission to use it again, and you can respond to their requests from your email or on https://account.microsoft.com/family.
