If you can't sign in to your Microsoft account, first read our suggestions for what to do when you can't sign in to your Microsoft account. If that page doesn't help you, then follow these steps to get support by email:
- Choose the link that best describes your issue.
- If you can't sign in to your account, choose Create one! to create a temporary account.
- Fill out the support form; use your temporary email address if you created a temporary account in step 2.
- Once your issue is resolved, you can close your temporary Microsoft account.
If you still can't get into your account, you can try to Recover your Microsoft account by proving that you know information about it that no one else should.
