FIX: Server response is very slow when you use the Transaction Integrator Manager MMC snap-in to add a new TI object in a Host Integration Server 2010 environment

In a Microsoft Host Integration Server 2010 environment, you try to add a new Transaction Integrator (TI) object to the TI Manager. When you use the TI Manager Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in, it may take 2 minutes for the MMC snap-in dialog box to open.

Additionally, CPU and memory usage for this MMC snap-in increases by 50 percent. Therefore, the response of the server is very slow.

When you repeat the procedure to add TI objects several times, you receive the following error message:
An error occurred in CHipCommandContainer::RemoveAll

(5014) Error executing Stored Procedure “CheckWriteMode”, Transaction (Process ID 53) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim.

Rerun the transaction.
