Issues that this hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that is not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

About five to fifteen minutes after you start the computer, Lgfxext.exe crashes. Then, you receive the following error message:

Unknown software exception, (0xc000000d)
Note This issue occurs only on Korean installations of Windows XP and Korean installations of a 2007 Microsoft Office system.
