The calculation of two measure time values in iterations returns a negative value in SQL Server 2014

Assume that you have two measure times T1 and T2, and T2 is greater than T1. If you calculate T2 - T1 in a larger number of iterations, the result may be incorrect. For example, the result may be a negative value.
