I've forgotten my GroupMe password

If you've forgotten your password, here's how you can reset it: 

  1. Go to the Forgot Password page.
  2. Enter your email address or phone number.
  3. Select Reset password, then please follow the instructions.

Tip

While resetting your password, you will only be prompted to enter the new password once.
