Requirements to access learning activities and assessments in the Partner Learning Center

Summary

To access learning activities and assessments in the Partner Learning Center (PLC), you must be associated to an active MPN membership.

You can be associated in two ways: The Primary Program Contact (PPC) of your organization can invite you to associate yourself with the MPN membership, or you can request access to be associated to an existing MPN membership.

Steps to request association to an MPN membership

To request association, follow these steps:
  1. Begin at the following URL:
    https://mspartner.microsoft.com/
  2. Type your Microsoft account (formerly known as “Windows Live ID”) email and password then click Sign In.  (If you do not have a Microsoft account or forgot the password, refer to the options on the sign in page.)
  3. Click Associate as an Individual.
  4. Enter the details of the organization with which you want to be associated. (The Organization/Location Name and Country/Region fields are required.) Click Find My Organization. (If your organization is not listed, you can create a membership by clicking Enroll New Organization. However, please first confirm with your organization that it is not already enrolled.)
  5. Select your organization from the list of Similar Organization(s) Found then click Associate to this Organization.
  6. Complete the E-mail, First Name, and Last Name fields then click Submit.
  7. One of two messages will be displayed, depending on the domain of the email address that was entered: 
    • If the email domain that was entered is the same as the domain of the organization, you will receive a message that states that you have been authorized to associate. An email will be sent from microsoft@e-mail.microsoft.com that contains a link to complete an Individual Profile. Click the link in the email to access the Individual Profile.
    • If you receive a message that states that the email domain does not match, click Contact Administrator. A confirmation is displayed that your association request has been forwarded to the administrator of the membership for approval. If approved, an email will be sent from microsoft@e-mail.microsoft.com that contains a link to complete an Individual Profile. Click the link in the email to access the Individual Profile. (If the request is declined, you will receive an email notification from the same address.)
  8. Complete the Individual Profile then click Submit. You will be associated to the membership. 
    Note  This association process does not grant Contact Roles, administration rights or privileges. This is a separate step that must be completed by a Global Administrator of the membership.
