Netdiag

This binary contains a fix for a problem that occurs when you use the /debug switch for Netdiag.exe. When you run netdiag.exe /debug, some of the IP addresses in the output stream are incorrect., for example, the first number of the IP address is incorrect. A new feature has been added to Netdiag.exe where a local administrator can now view a domain-applied IPSec policy. Before this tool was updated, Netdiag.exe required the user to be logged on as a Domain Administrator to access this functionality.

Netdom

By default, Netdom.exe was changed so that security identifier (SID) filtering is turned on when an external trust is created. A message warns the user of this change. You can still turn off SID filtering using Netdom.exe. This change was required to make the forest the security boundary by default.
