FIX: You receive a "Fatal execution engine error" error message in Windows Server 2003

In Microsoft Windows Server 2003, you may receive the following error message:

Fatal execution engine error.

This problem occurs when you access member variables of the Exception object. The scripting engine throws an uncatchable System.ExecutionEngineException exception and writes the error to the console.
