You cannot manage KPIs in a web part in Enterprise Portal on a computer that is not the SharePoint server in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

When you try to manage KPIs in a web part in Enterprise Portal in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, you receive the following error message:
An unexpected error occurred while processing the Business overview Web part. Contact your system administrator.
This problem occurs when you access Enterprise Portal on a computer that is not the SharePoint server.


This problem occurs because the system requires a Kerberos authentication unexpectedly when you manage KPIs in Enterprise Portal from a client.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
