Issues that this hotfix rollup resolves

Issue 1

Assume a Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) application has a RichTextBox that displays a FlowDocument containing a List. When you press Tab to indent the ListItems, the left and right margins are swapped, regardless of whether the FlowDirection property is changed.

Note This issue occurs when the AcceptsTab property is enabled.

Issue 2

When you use a WPF application that is based on the .NET Framework 4.5.2, you may experience one or more of the following issues:
  • The WPF application freezes when you call the DisableWPFTabletSupport method.
  • The WPF application starts the Windows Touch Input Service (wisptis.exe), even when no touch devices are present.
  • You may experience poor performance that is related to touch input.
Issue 3

In a WPF application, when you print a visual from the PrintDialog and select Landscape orientation, the output from the printer does not match what was expected (for example, still printed in Portrait orientation).

This issue occurs because, when the code calls PrintVisual in the PrintDialog, the PrintTicket information is not processed correctly.

Issue 4

Assume that your locale is not set to a Lithuanian locale. When you run a .NET Framework 2.0 SP2, 3.5 SP1, 4.0 or 4.5-based application to obtain the New Lithuanian Euro symbol, the symbol does not display.

Issue 5

Assume that you have applied Update 2998527  on your computer. When you run an application that uses the .NET Framework to calculate time by using the TimeZoneInfo class, you may receive incorrect code lookups on past dates.

For more information about this issue, see KB 3012229: Update 2998527 causes incorrect code lookups on past dates by using TimeZoneInfo in the .NET Framework.
