"Physical reserved" quantity is subtracted two times after you post a statement for a store in Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2012

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2012:
  • You create a transaction for an item in Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2012 POS.
  • You run the P-job to bring the transaction in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • You post the inventory. A Physical reserved quantity is generated and the quantity is subtracted from the Available physical quantity.
  • You create and calculate a new statement for the store.
  • You post the statement.
In this scenario, the Physical reserved quantity is correct. However, the Physical reserved quantity is subtracted two times from the Available physical quantity. Therefore, the Available physical quantity is incorrect.

Cause

This problem occurs because the Physical reserved quantity that was created during the post of inventory is not removed when the statement is calculated.
