June 7, 2016, update for Outlook 2013 (KB3115158)

This article describes update KB3115158 for Microsoft Outlook 2013, which was released on June 7, 2016. This update also applies to Office Home and Student 2013 RT. This update has a prerequisite.

Be aware that the update on the Microsoft Download Center applies to the Microsoft Installer (.msi)-based edition of Office 2013. It doesn't apply to the Office 2013 Click-to-Run editions, such as Microsoft Office 365 Home. (How to determine?)

Improvements and fixes

    Form load failed.

  • Attachments in the body of a task are rearranged when you assign it to another user.
  • Even though the Cached Mode Group Policy Object (GPO) forces cache mode for an account, the cached account still displays an online data file location.
