When a user tries to send an email message to someone in Microsoft Office 365 Dedicated/ITAR (vNext), they receive the following non-delivery report (NDR):
554 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:ObjectNotFoundException.MapiExceptionNotFound; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message Cannot get ID from name.
This issue occurs if the user has enabled the Clutter feature but doesn't have a clutter folder in their mailbox.
To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods.
Method 1Users should be unable to delete their Clutter folder. If they can delete the folder but cannot restore it, submit a support incident online to Microsoft Online Services Support. Or, you can contact Microsoft Online Services Support by telephone .
Method 2Disable the Clutter feature. The mail flow should then be corrected for the user. To do this, see Clutter info.
